Dear Brothers,
Assalamu Alaikum.
As we commence the month of December, a significant period for our nation’s victory, it is a time of profound remembrance for those who valiantly sacrificed their lives for the sovereignty of Bangladesh.
In light of this, during this winter vacation season, I am honored to announce that MECA is organizing a book reading competition for the children of our esteemed ex-cadets: the “MECA Victory Day Book Reading Competition sponsored by Rokomari.”
This initiative stems from our earnest desire to contribute to the development of our future generation, fostering a lasting passion for reading, especially during their winter break. Registration for the competition commences today, and the competition itself will take place on a suitable date towards the end of December.
The book reading competition comprises two distinct categories: senior (aged 12 and above) and junior (aged 12 and below). Participation is exclusively extended to the offspring of ex-cadets associated with Mirzapur Cadet College.
The designated books are:
For Senior Group: একাত্তরের দিনগুলি by জাহানারা ইমাম (https://www.rokomari.com/book/155283/ekattorer-dinguli)
For Junior Group: একজন রাখাল বালকের মুক্তিযুদ্ধ by আনিসুল হক (https://www.rokomari.com/book/64160/ekjon-rakhal-baloker-muktijudho)
This MECA effort is generously sponsored by Rokomari. Please enter the code MECAROK throughout the ordering process to receive a discount on any book from Rokomari.
