6:00 PM : Quran Tilwat and Doa for Diseased Ex-cadets
6:10 PM : Welcome Speech by President of MECA
6:20 PM : Cultural Program performed by

• Haimanti Rakshit Das, Playback & the legendary singer of twenty first century. She has been bestowed with prestigious award by many institutions for her outstanding performance and contribution to the arena of music.

8:30 PM : Dinner
9:00 PM : Cultural program continue
• Arif Rahman Joy, Playback Singer, 1st Runner Up at Bangladeshi Idol & Vocal at PRISONERS (The Band)
11:00 PM : End of Program
